HOTEL DISCOUNT
Pay only $179
single or double per night (plus applicable taxes). Call
the Hyatt Regency Cambridge at 1-(617) 492-1234 and refer to

The conference discount rate will no longer apply when
the room block is filled or after April 10, 2003.
Room Deposit
Deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled
before 4pm one day prior to your hotel arrival.
Check-in/Check-out
The hotel's check-in time is 4pm or later based on
availability. Room assignments prior to that time are on a "space
availability" basis only. The hotel's check-out time is
12 noon. Any attendees staying in their rooms beyond check-out
time without Hyatt Regency's authorization will be charged for
an additional room night at the best available rate. Late check-out
is provided based on availability through authorization from
the front desk.
Early Departure
Fees
A $25 early departure fee will be assessed to any
guest who departs earlier than the date confirmed at check-in.
Emergency and special circumstance situations will be reviewed
on a case by case basis.
Parking
The Hyatt Regency has parking available to guests
for a current charge of $17 per day for self parking, and $22
for valet parking. Both hotel guests and conference attendees
may park at the hotel garage. Please pick up a parking coupon
at the registration desk for each day to receive the discount
rate of $17 per day for self parking and $22 per day for valet
parking. In and out privileges are available to those who bill
their parking charges to their guest room.
ADA Accommodations
If you have any ADA requirements, please notify us
at (617) 469-6789 x 19 by April 10, 2003, of your special needs.
The Hyatt Regency Cambridge is ADA compliant.
